Who We Are
The premier facility is here to bring Lewisville and surrounding areas the full fitness package. You want it? We've got it! We have top level coaches in all genres of fitness! Multiple CSCS certification holders, USA Weightlifting Level 5 coaches, and decades of experience! Our coaches are or were once competitive athletes. They all are very knowledgeable about how to modify and scale based on fitness ability as well as how to push competitive athletes to the top in their given sport.
We are an all inclusive fitness center! Whether you are 8 years old or 80 years old, a beginner or elite competitive athlete, we have the program for you. What everyone has in common is movement. What we want here at LEAN is for every person that walks through the door to move better and move functionally.
A training program centered around proper movement patterns. Key elements of the program are strength development, body awareness development through gymnastics skill, and increased work capacity through metabolic conditioning with the goal of building stronger bodies.
Mash Elite Athletic Performance Program
Program designed for athletes looking to get an edge in their sport by increasing their strength, speed, and tackling weaknesses. We take a holistic approach with our athletes by not just focusing on physical aspects but goal setting and mindset as well.
Mash Barbell Club
Classes for both youth and adult. Whether you are wanting to compete or get better at Olympic weightlifting (Snatch and Clean & Jerk) or Powerlifting (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift), this class is for you! You have two USAW Senior International Weightlifting Coaches to serve you, and two World Champion Powerlifters to serve in that area as well. If you want the best, you have it at LEAN.
You will have access to all of the elite coaches at LEAN Fitness for one on one sessions. This is a great way to accelerate your learning curve and to guarantee that all eyes are on you. You will have the best coaches in North Carolina at your fingertips. This is the best way to take advantage of them.
