40 seconds work/20 seconds rest of Jump Rope or Simulated Jump Rope if no rope

Rest 3 minutes, then

5 Rounds:
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest of Grasshoppers

Rest 3 minutes, then

5 Rounds:
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest of Jumping Lunges or Air Squats if knees can't take lunges
